"Black Mass" is a crime drama movie revolving around the true events behind the Winter Hill Gang and the gang's leader Whitey Bulger played by Johnny Depp（ジョニー・デップ）. Told in flashback form, the film charts Bulger's career and his relationship with his brother Billy played by Benedict Cumberbatch（ベネディクト・カンバーバッチ), who is the State Senator for Massachusetts and one of his childhood friends, John Connolly played by Joel Edgerton（ジョエル・エドガートン）, who is an FBI agent.
