"Lucy the Cat Sushi Time" was published with my translation last week. This is a picture book written from such an adorable cat (Sacred Birman), Lucy's point of view with lots of humor. Lucy tells us her favorite dishes in the 6th series. We can enjoy the fine playful mind of the author who used to live in Japan as well. I sincerely hope both children and adults will enjoy this very charming Lucy's world both in English and in Japanese.
先週、翻訳いたしました『ねこのルーシー おすしの じかん』が出版されました。なんとも愛らしいバーマン猫、ルーシーの視点から見た世界が、ユーモアたっぷりに描かれた絵本。シリーズ６巻目では、ルーシーはお気に入りの食べ物のお話をしてくれます。かつて日本に住んでいたこともある作者のステキな遊び心も味わいつつ、とってもチャーミングなルーシー・ワールドを、英語と日本語のバイリンガルで、親子そろってお楽しみいただければ幸甚です。
